GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The purpose of this position is to ensure smooth day-to-day marketing efforts of the practice while providing superior customer service to the firm’s prospects, clients and the marketing team. Position requires employee to perform general marketing services such as event mailers and set-up, seminar management, tracking of marketing efforts effectiveness, acting as back-up to Sr. Marketing Specialist and the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, appointment setting and rescheduling, execution of email and newsletter campaigns, calendar management including confirmation calls, and database management.
Job Duties:
· Assist the marketing team with implementation of marketing strategies
· Manage the firm's calendar regarding appointment rescheduling
· Schedule appointments
· Input prospects and keep database/CRM program up to date
· Mail confirmation packets, fulfillment requests, birthday cards, etc.
· Database management
· Act as back-up to the Receptionist
· Assist the marketing team with the execution of events and seminars
· Prepare weekly email campaigns and newsletters to clients and prospects
· Assist with the Implementation and follow-through on new marketing initiatives.
· Manage all outgoing mail projects related to marketing.
· Participate In weekly meetings.
· Call all event attendees the day before the events
